I am a part-time yoga teacher in Austin, TX. I use my personal yoga practice to help me maintain balance in my life. As a teacher, I focus on Hatha for all levels, ages and body types. I believe that you don’t need to be a “size-two-former-gymnast” to do yoga nor do you need to be uber flexible. When you embark on your yoga journey, all you need is to breath deeply and tune into your body. All else comes with the practice.
